3. Click the ‥Top-up〃 icon inside the ‥account〃 window

4. Top-up window will be displayed as the figure has been shown below

5. Please fill in your license code in the license code field

Caution: The license code will be 10-digit number plus 6-digit password, for example, the 10-digit number on the top-up card is G123456789, and the password is 654321. Please fill in the 10-digit number and 6-digit password as G123456789654321 in the license code field.

Select your account (The game account, not the role account in the game) on all servers (included the server in China or Taiwan ). Fill in your account as number, then click confirm. As the time being, a caution window wills popup to ask for a confirmation to top-up.

6. The dialogue box is counting down now (15 Seconds) DON ' T close the dialogue box ; you have to remember the transaction password. After 15 seconds, please click ‥ confirm 〃 on the dialogue box .

7. To finish top up please click ‥ confirm 〃 . Now the procedure will remind you how many valid days left on account.

To check how the balance on your account:

1.   Click ‥account〃 on the menu ‥, then please click ‥enquiry〃

2.   On the ‥enquiry〃, turn to second page〃 account enquiry〃

3.   Choose the type of your server then fill in your game account number, and then click ‥ balance〃 it will remind you how many valid days left on your account.

Explanation on the massage for top up card:

1.   Click ‥account〃 on the menu, then click ‥ enquire〃, close the ‥enquiry〃 window.

2.   On the ‥enquiry〃 window, choose the first page〃 card enquiry〃.

3.   Choose your type of server, then fill in the top up card number, after that click ‥ enquiry〃, it will remind you how many days left on your account. (Caution: to check the exact balance on your account, you have to select the correct type of server and card number)

How to change the name on your account:

1.   Click ‥account〃 on the menu, then click ‥change〃 icon, then close the ‥change〃 window

2.   Choose the type of your server, fill in the transaction pin number when you top up, then enter your previous account number, then enter the new account number or name that you want.

3.   The dialogue box will be appeared to tell you the account number have been changed or not, then click ‥ confirm〃 to finish. It also remind you how many valid days left on your account

Caution: Every time you change your number on your account, it will automatically deduct 3days on your account.

Matter needing attention when top-up:

Download the software, the account system on the menu, included top-up, enquiry, change the account name.

1.   When you top up, please enter the account number, not the name of role in the game.

2.   Monthly card for 3 people can be top up 3 times; Monthly card for 9 people can be top up 9 times. It is not necessary to top up into one account then changing the name on your account.

3.   DO remember your account number and the password after changing the account's name.

4.   After change the name on your account, the password will be the same as the pervious one.

5.   Every time when you change the name on your account, it will automatically deduct 3 days on your balance, please consider clearly before changing name.

6.   The date of expire will be counting down, since you top up successfully.
